Mr. Yang is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience. Throughout his professional law career his practice has emphasized the importance of pre-litigation and procedural legal counseling for business enterprises and individuals both in state and federal court systems.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has authorized publication of two opinions from Mr. Yang’s appearances before it: Taiwan v. U.S. District Court, 128 F.3d 712 (9th Cir. 1997) and Sun v. Taiwan, 201 F. 3d 1105 (9th Cir. 2000). Plaintiffs in Sun unsuccessfully appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which chose not to disturb the Ninth Circuit’s ruling in Mr. Yang’s client’s favor.
